Whilst we are doing all we can to help our members, we recognise there may be other debts that you need help and advice with. If you are worried about debts or have missed payments, there is also free and independent debt advice available. The government sponsored MoneyHelper can help you find support or visit our In Debt and Need Help web page.
Please be aware that our phone lines are often busy, so please download our Lewisham + Bromley CU app to transfer funds. You may apply for fast track top-ups on eligible existing loans, if you have not topped up in the last three months (subject to conditions) by emailing fasttrack@pluscu.co.uk, confirming no change in circumstances or your bank details.
